Account information

• Your name and email address
• Your password, stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider
• If you choose Sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture
• Subscription and billing status (handled by our payment processor)

Information you enter into Filly

• Static field values you save in Settings, such as your name, brokerage, license number, phone, and address
• Property addresses you submit for lookup, and the property data returned for them
• Values you type into a generation form before producing a document

Files you upload and files we produce

• PDF templates you upload, along with the field positions, sizes, and font settings you place on them
• The completed PDF documents Filly generates from your templates and form entries

Usage information

• Log records of actions taken in the app, such as templates created and documents generated
• Device information, IP address, browser type, and operating system

Your uploaded templates and generated documents are stored in private, per-user storage. They are not visible to other Filly users, are not published, and are not used to train any machine learning or artificial intelligence model.

Access to your files is limited to what is necessary to operate the service, provide support, and comply with the law. Our personnel and service providers may access your data only for these purposes, and are obligated to keep it confidential.

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate your sign-in
• To store your templates and render your field values onto them
• To look up property data for the addresses you submit
• To deliver finished documents to you by email and store copies in your document history
• To process your subscription, trial, and billing
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use the contents of your documents for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate Filly, listed below
• With legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
• With your consent, or at your direction

We use the following third-party services to operate Filly:

• Supabase: database, authentication, and private file storage for your templates and generated documents. See their Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing. Filly never receives or stores your full card number. See their Privacy Policy.
• RentCast: property data lookups. When you use the lookup button, the address you entered is sent to RentCast to retrieve owner names, legal description, parcel identifiers, and related public record data. See their Privacy Policy.
• Resend: email delivery for account emails and finished documents. See their Privacy Policy.
• Google: only if you choose Sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address, and profile picture to create or match your account. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service data. See their Privacy Policy.

These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

• Active accounts: your account data, templates, and generated documents are retained while your account remains active.
• Closed accounts: data is retained for 90 days after account closure for backup and legal purposes, then permanently deleted.
• Deleted items: templates and documents you delete yourself are removed from your account immediately and purged from backups within 90 days.
• Billing records: invoices and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with legal and tax requirements.
• Legal holds: data may be retained longer if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, private storage buckets with per-user access rules, row-level database access controls, and restricted administrative access.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will:

• Notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach
• Provide clear information about what data was affected
• Explain the steps we are taking to address the breach
• Recommend actions you should take to protect yourself
• Notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by law

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Data portability: download your templates and generated documents, or receive your account data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
• Objection and restriction: object to or request limitation of certain processing.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:

• Right to know: request details about the personal information we collect, use, and share.
• Right to delete: request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out: opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination: receive equal service and pricing regardless of exercising your privacy rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Filly operates in the United States, and your information is stored on servers located in the United States. If you access Filly from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

We maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Filly is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years of age.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete it. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at support@godyspo.com.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how Filly is used.

• Essential: required for authentication, session management, and security.
• Functional: remember your settings and interface preferences.
• Analytics: help us understand usage and performance so we can improve the product.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above, notify you at the email address associated with your account, and request your consent where required by law.

Your continued use of Filly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
